Following an agreement reached at the Chief Executive Panel (CEP) in YC125-05-30, the “Big Eight” megacorporations of the Caldari State have all ordered a widescale repatriation of workers due to heightened conflict with the Gallente Federation and Guristas Pirates. Sent to extraterritorial stations and planetary habitats, the orders called for a reassignment of a significant number of non-essential workers with Caldari citizenship.
Per Executive Order 42069 ordered by Chairman Saraki, certain lower-classification workers residing in the Aokinen Constellation are to be conscripted into the State Protectorate under the Onnamon State Militia subsidiary.
Reports indicate that the division is ill-equipped, often flying surplus ships or salvaged Gallente vessels commandeered by inexperienced Capsuleers under the influence of Sweet Leaves. As such, crew casualty rates are known to be extremely high.
