The Home Office (THO) is an independant organization responsible for space exploration, industry, scientific research, planetary colonization, and security. The THO oversees the development, training, coordination, and operation of member clone activities which include: multi-discipline laboratory testing, advanced production and manufacturing, conducting cutting-edge scientific research, and establishing remote settlements and facilities on other planets and moons. Their robust security arm has been counted on time and again to repel threats to the tranquility of the area they inhabit.
The THO coordinates with other parallel effort agencies and organizations to ensure the productive and sustainable use of corporation assets. The THO is headed by their CEO, a Head of State who is a renowned business tycoon with many network ties. An avid philanthropist and purveyor of the arts and education, he leads, develops, and pushes THO to new heights. THO has several divisions under its jurisdiction and covertly influences power players on the galactic stage. THO's motto is "Per ardua ad astra," which means "Through hardship to the stars."
