A private-military service wing of the Gallente Federation established in YC114, created for foreign nationals as well as Gallente citizens to serve in the Gallente Armed Forces. While operating outside the law of traditional armed forces due to its status Lucent Echelon also accepts contracts from civilian and foreign interest as well.
