Originally created by B1ack ice, Heimdallr69, and SoTa PoP, HvLP was created to be a corporation not only home to Anime Empire, but any and all fallen angels. The highest Angel fell from Heaven and turned into a product of the DUST she was created from. Only the true message of HvLP all along has been: "Just because someone stumbles and loses their path, doesn't mean they're lost forever."
