No one really knows what happens beyond the ranks of the ]CIA[ other than anything that the ]CIA[ does is highly secretive. People have heard countless stories and rumors as to what really happens, but no one knows the truth. Anyone that ever seems to know anything, always tends to disappear somehow. The only thing people can do is wonder what it's like to be a part of something so secretive, but then again, no one hears of anyone that's been a part of it.
