What we are looking for:

• Sense of humour is a must. No drama, no tears, no crying in chat, and no poems.
• No trial accounts. We are looking for pilots with atleast 8 million SP, but exceptions can be made when deemed appropriate, we’re not EvE University – if you’re looking for someone to walk you through the tutorial, it’s not us.
• Self-sufficiency
• Self-motivation – While we are doing our best to have scheduled Op's on a regular basis, there will be times where there is "free" time and if you are bored and want to run an Op, send a mail or ask in corp chat if anyone is interested and get those ships undocked!
• Team spirit – this is way more valuable to us than skill points.
• Players who would rather be working in a fleet, no matter if it’s mission running or PvP.
• Experienced players (FC's a plus) who can help train our recruits to defend themselves and work as part of an effective fleet.
• Players who understand Real Life > EvE, but still want to be part of something bigger and contribute towards a functioning and growing corporation.
