Deepspace Electronic Exploration and Prospecting (DEEP)

History:
Directorate project. Sponsorship: Private. Originated third planet Sol-Ar system located in uncharted space outside Jovian region.

Originally a small subterranean Psychological Testing and Evaluation facility supporting a single space station laboratory environment in deep stellar orbit. Purpose: experiments involving the effects of sustained deep space habitation on the sentient psyche.

Original DEEP project (DEEP-1) abruptly decommissioned no official explanation – facility abandoned, station status and location undetermined. Records withheld from public appraisal. Surviving staff and faculty reassigned, locations classified.
