Once a simple student at the School of Applied Knowledge, Troy Maken was an average student until he was forced to take a humanities course for his Computer intelligence degree. After tossing a dice that a friend gave him he went with the result of Amarr theology. With the course being his first experience with religion and the large amount of females that take humanities courses, Troy became a follower of god and idolised the Amarr way. After a female crush from the class encourged him to try out a free reading of his 'capso' level at a diverse sect he was encourged to become a capsuleer. After going though the process Troy and finding out the capso readings don't have any scientific merit. Troy finds he still leans on the teachings of the Scriptures, Now with the fact he has already died his faith is left in the air of if he has a soul, and if he in in service after death.
