Threv Echandari is a notorious villain in the New Eden, a scourge of the Cluster and a bane to all who cross his path. As a rogue wing commander in the State Protectorate Milita and a traitor to the Caldari Colonial Defence Ministry, Threv's name is synonymous with treachery and deceit.
With a supposed portfolio of abilities that are nothing more than a facade, Threv is a charlatan and a fraud who has failed to master any ship, relying on cheap tricks and stolen technology to survive. He is equally at home in the shadows, betraying his fleets and his allies at the first opportunity, or using his quick tongue to talk his way out of trouble and escape justice.
Threv's so-called mastery of the Gallente Rearguard areas is nothing more than a sham, and his supposed fondness for gadgetry and unconventional tactics is nothing but a cover for his lack of skill. With a Mobile Scan Inhibitor and a stash of extra probes obtained through underhanded means, Threv is always looking for a way to cheat and exploit his opponents.
A deserter from many battles, Threv has betrayed his comrades in the Dragons of Redemption and fled from the front lines of the B.O.B. vs Goonswarm War. There are unsubstantiated reports of possible carnal relations with Triglavians. He is a coward, a liar, and a turncoat, and those who fly with him can never trust him to have their backs.
In short, Threv Echandari is the very embodiment of the New Eden criminal underworld, a lowlife scoundrel and a black mark on the reputation of the Caldari State.
