Born from parents unknow, Panic was raised by the Center For Advanced Studies. Having a problem with authority she was expelled later, rumours speak about a relation ship with the head master which went sour, the headmaster having dissapeared without a trace makes it impossible to verify this claim.

After moving around a lot she first worked as a privateer doing jobs for several agents but soon grew bored with that and joinen Les Bateliers
She befriended Bertrand Freeholder, a simple but honest miner. She learned a lot about the basics of living and working in a corporation, mining, hauling and especially swearing a lot. Some gossip suggested Bertrand and Panic were in a more than casual relationship but no evidence suggest this to be the case.
