Amarr Press (AP) REPORT:

"An unidentified ship crammed with suspected illegal immigrants clipped a transport vessel in an attempt to outrun Border Patrol agents, killing nine people and injuring at least 12 others, officials said.

The stripped frigate was carrying up to 22 people when the pilot tried to circumvent a secure checkpoint near the Stargate in the Tash-Murkon Prime system - Amarr Border Patrol spokesman D. Lloyd Friers said. Five of the injured, including a pregnant woman, are in critical condition and all with head traumas, according to medical officials.

With Border Patrol agents in pursuit, the pilot - whose body as yet has not been located - sources say, attempted to make a tight, hair-pin maneuver and destabalized the ship."
