Because I have 12 other channels that matter more. If I'm not in null, local is not important to me. Plus I use Mumble.

Yeah, I may have been afk, in too many conversations and i just minimized you for later, I may have just minimized you to ignore you. Or I may have invites blocked cuz I am too busy. Did you join eve to use it as a giant chat room? Me too.
