I am LuigiCadorna (Corporation: Asian Neutral Industries), a neutral industrial player dedicated to mining, manufacturing, and logistics transportation. I am affiliated with the [Fraternity] Alliance, but my activities are strictly limited to logistics and production.

Hereby, I declare the following during periods of conflict, ceasefire, and armistice:

1. I will not proactively attack any player unless my mining or transport vessels are directly attacked, in which case I will resort to minimal self-defense.
2. I will not transport weapons, ammunition, or combat supplies for any military operations.
3. My cargo typically consists only of ores, basic minerals, blueprints, and manufactured goods.
4. My mining operations and transport routes will remain far from major military objectives and key traffic lanes.

If you have doubts about the cargo aboard my vessels, you may make a non-aggressive, good-faith inspection request in the local channel. Upon receiving clear instructions, I will cooperate by ejecting cargo containers for inspection at a safe distance.

I request that this process be limited to inspection only. Once the cargo is confirmed to contain no prohibited items, I should be allowed to retrieve the containers, ensuring basic property rights.

I understand and respect the rules of conflict in this universe, but I also urge commanders on all sides to consider the survival space for neutral logistics players.

Unrestricted commerce raiding against non-combat units like myself has minimal impact on the course of the war but stifles the already scarce logistical supply capacity within the server.
