Jenny Nicholson is an American voice actress, TV personality, writer, and social media star best known for her YouTube channel of the same name which has amassed a fanbase of more than 500k subscribers and more than 50 million views. She created the channel on April 2, 2009, and uploaded her 1st video 2 years later, on April 4, 2011, titled Voldemort Isn’t Funny which was a foreshadowing of what her channel’s content would focus on. Jenny established a consistent uploading schedule on May 4, 2016, which was celebrated as the Star Wars day, with a video about the same movie franchise. On top of Star Wars, her videos expanded to commentary, criticism, and discussion of movies, TV shows, and franchises such as Doctor Strange, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, Harry Potter, Fifty Shades of Gray, Beauty and the Beast, Spiderman: Homecoming, It, My Little Pony: The Movie, Justice League, and The Greatest Showman.

She also commented on terrible Christmas movies, reality-TV shows, books, and typically did a cosplay of the characters she discussed. Jenny is also a voice actress and co-writer for the fanmade parody of the animated TV series My Little Pony that she titled Friendship is Witchcraft. She created the series in collaboration with Griffin Lewis, who did editing, music, and some of the voices, and uploaded 10 episodes between June 2011 and June 2015 to their collaborative YouTube channel, SherclopPones, later named AstrumSpark. Jenny also appeared as ‘Herself’ in a segment of a television talk-show, @midnight in 2017, hosted by Chris Hardwick and web series, Screen Junkies Movie Fights, between 2017 and 2018. She also uploaded vlogs and behind-the-scene content to her secondary YouTube channel, Terrible Snakedog.
