Awakened recently after being in a coma for nearly two years. Family and friends have told him shocks to his brain during a clone jump were the cause which also resulted in a large amount of memory loss. The stars call to him however and he has decided to start (or "start over") in his carrier as a pilot. Although everything seems new to him, dormate skills within him have made him a quick learner in his new life and career. It is unknown what happened to any wealth he may have had at the time of the accident, he was able to use proceeds from a lawsuit with the clone manufactures to jump start his new endevours by purchasing a small fleet of ships to include a Pioneer Class, a Voyager Class, and a small Frigate.

While finding his footing, he discovered his injuries were no accident at all, but instead the work of a rival corporation and a backstabbing family member. They had found out his mother was secretly a Gallante refuge and his uncle decided to take a bribe of blackmail to either get rid of Khan, then the newly head of the family and it's corporation, or face this information being released and the downfall of the ENTIRE family.

Learning of this betrayal and learning of his mother's true background and beliefs, he became disenfranchised by the Caldari and defected to the Gallente Federation.
